What to have available
If you have a court notice, upcoming date, or the name of the court or parish, keep that information available. Please do not upload confidential documents or sensitive identification numbers through the initial form. The team will explain how to provide more detailed information.
If a deadline is close
Include the date in your request and call the office. A form submission does not extend a court date or any other deadline, and it does not create an attorney-client relationship.
